With little notice, company estimated and did the job in 1 week. Let in by doorman, did the job unsupervised, final product ok'd by realtor. Although the space was 98% empty, they did have to move a large room divider into the kitchen and cover a few built-in bookshelves (with books on them) with plastic sheeting. This was done without additional charge. The floors were clean and swept of dust when I moved in. They asked for 1/2 deposit to begin the job & billed me for the remaining half. The ONLY issue was a congealed bit of stain on the corroded radiator cover which obviously needed replacement anyway. Be forewarned. There was considerable dust throughout the rest of the studio apartment from the sanding. This happens with any sanding so it is best if you remove your clothes and hard to clean items before undertaking floor refinishing.

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS NOT THAT GOOD. I MADE A COMPLAINT FOR THEM TO UPGRADE THE QUALITY OF THE FLOORS, AFTER THAT THEY STILL WOULD NOT FIX THE MISTAKES THAT THEY HAD MADE.
