This company is a scam I don’t know why he is not in jail I don’t know from where to start he was sent by American shield to my house he came took the money ( deductible) and disappear he never answered my calls Do t hire him he is a crook

TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN – this guy’s motto/. He get paid by the insurance company and jacks up the price for his “ out of pocket expenses”. This is by far the worst scam I have seen. Very dishonest. He was sent by American Home Shield insurance company, to look at the furnace. He inspected and sent his findings. Then he disappears. You can’t get through to this guy. And when you finally call American Home Shield, (he responds sometimes). He lies about when he called b/c I have “missing calls”? He suggested that the duct work and modification is about $2700. (I got second and third opinion and they had completely difference opinion. ) I gave him cash 1700 for alleged “parts” and never heard back. When he delivered the furnace from AHS warehouse, he said he will replace the semi-working furnace but the one dripping with oil and completely defunct as is. He gets instructions from the insurance company but they were not on site? He does not make appointments. He just calls you and you are around? He has taken money for “parts” and not heard back. If a guy lies and switches his story, his work is bad. I am fighting to get my money back. Google search showed the words like “crook” “ fraud” and everything that I went through.
