Description of Work: A. Stewart used Behre elastomeric paint,installed new drainage pipe, and took other measures to waterproof the exterior side and back wall of the house. I am satisfied with the immediate job and expect that it will withstand the winter weather.

Description of Work: Alex Stewart and company did a good job. I had had a lot of trouble with a leaky balcony and had endured many "quick fixes" by others that did not solve the problem. I paid a good deal more for Stewart's work than I had ever paid before but his sharp assessment of my problems convinced me to work with him.

Description of Work: I used the Big deal coupon for an inspection of my roof ($99.00). Stewart and Son came out, in a timely fashion, to my house, inspected and took pictures of my roof, they saw some loose flashing and repaired it, took notes and listed all repairs needed. Some of the repairs needed was; missing hip and ridge shingles, and piece of vent mesh missing, repair to chimey, remove of satelite and antena. I guess for the time and effort to go up to the roof and inspect was worth the $99.00 but the estimate for the repairs stated seems a bit steep, ($1250.) The reason I gave them a B on price. The father and son team were very nice, informative and seemed very knowledgable. I thought the big deal coupon was worth it.

Mr. Stewart and his team are kind and professional--very nice people. I will recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done. I will definitely use them again for other work that is needed in my home.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my skylight. I contacted Alex, we made an appointment and he stopped by and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. He got started right after I gave my approval, repaired the skylight and all the other leaks on my roof, and resurfaced the roof within a couple of hours. We've had several severe rains and the roof hasn't leaked. I highly recommend him. He's easy to work with and he does quality work.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 Big Deal Roof Maintenance Package. I needed repairs and I paid for them separately because they said the repairs I needed were not included int he Big Deal. I ended up paying around $1,000 additionally for the repairs I needed. I didn't feel like I got a deal at all because the repairs I needed weren't included int he Big Deal price and inspections are usually free. I wasn't able to inspect the quality of their work, but I don't have any problems with my roof now though. It's not leaking.

Included was a basic inspection and a few patching if necessary. |After getting the run around for a few weeks, the company missed two scheduled appointments. When they finally showed I was informed that the "bigdeal" was just a overpriced estimate for future work. No pictures of inspection, no patching at all, just a estimate for HIS company to do more work. My deal be dammed
