I got a phone call within 3 minutes of me submitting that I would like a quote and 2 (very professional) gentlemen were at my house within the hour. They inspected the suspected leak area and were very clear about the cost to start cutting up in the wall to find the leak. They made 1 hole in the basement and found the water leak right away. They determined source was upstairs and pin pointed that it was behind the stove. I approved a hole to be made and they found the actual damaged pipe on the first shot (amazing). Within an hour of them making the hole in the basement, they had located, cut the pipe, and installed a new section to repair the leak. Will definitely do business with this company again, I had nothing but positive experience with A & A since the initial call.

Alfons was prompt in responding to my query on Angie's List. He came out, quickly inspected where the leak had occurred outside, looked at things inside and then told us that everything was fine -- my husband had tightened the bolts earlier and so the plumber affirmed that that had been the right thing to do and all was fixed. He charged us $125. Next day, the pipe was leaking again -- basically, it was so cold the night before that the water froze enough to not drip when inspected. I called Alfons back and he said he would send a colleague out. That person came two days later and said he needed to buy a part and he would be back that day. It has been two weeks and no one has returned to complete the repair. I called and texted and they spoke with me on the phone and text telling me that they would come back and even gave me date and time and still did not show up. They are not trustworthy and I am not sure they are really trained to do plumbing work. Do not hire them!
