+ -1 moreStarted out well. After the frame was up it all went down hill. There were thousands of dollars in hidden costs not included in the proposal. The Electrician, Plumber and CAC sub contractors were horrible. The project went MONTHS behind schedule, many days they would just not show up at all, even though they were scheduled to. The project was never completed. I had, at my own cost, several finishing items either redone or completed by other contractors.
Description of Work: 700 square foot addition: kitchen, master bedroom and master bath.

+ -1 moreI THINK IT'S PRETTY GOOD. IT'S A LITTLE SLOWER THAN I ANTICIPATED. THERE WERE SOME UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. I THINK IT HAD TO DO WITH DEALING WITH THE CITY AND PERMITS, AND THAT THREW THE TIMING OFF. ONCE THAT GOT BACKED UP BY THREE WEEKS EVERYTHING GOT BACKED UP. THIS WASN'T THERE FAULT THOUGH, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE WARNED US ABOUT THE PERMITS. THE WORK THEY DID THOUGH WAS EXCELLENT.
Description of Work: THEY BUILT ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS TO THE HOUSE.
