Started out well. After the frame was up it all went down hill. There were thousands of dollars in hidden costs not included in the proposal. The Electrician, Plumber and CAC sub contractors were horrible. The project went MONTHS behind schedule, many days they would just not show up at all, even though they were scheduled to. The project was never completed. I had, at my own cost, several finishing items either redone or completed by other contractors.

"ONE THING WE DON’T TOLERATE IS INACCURATE INFORMATION AND LIES. THE CLIENT HAS SOME INCORRECT ITEMS LISTED SUCH AS HIS TOTAL COST FOR CONSTRUCTION WHICH WAS APPROX 200K. HIS ORIGINAL JOB WAS FOR 167K. THIS HOME WAS A TOTAL DISASTER BEFORE WE STARTED. ANY CHANGES THAT OCCURRED WERE DUE TO THE CLIENT REQUESTING UPGRADES. COMMUNICATION FOR OUR COMPANY IS OF THE UTMOST IMPORTANCE. 4V IS ON THE FOREFRONT OF USING TECHNOLOGY FOR COMMUNICATIONS WITH OUR CLIENTS AND WE HAVE WON AWARDS AND ARE PUBLISHED FOR OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AS WELL AS OUR UPSCALE WORKMANSHIP. MY TRADE PARTNERS (SUBS) ARE SOME OF THE BEST IN THE INDUSTRY; I WELCOME ANYONE TO VISIT AND SPEAK TO ANY ONE OF OUR PAST AND PRESENT CLIENTS THAT DO NOT HAVE ANGER MANAGEMENT ISSUES AND BLAME ALL CIRCUMSTANCES ON EVERYONE AROUND THEM. WE HAVE MANY NON-BIASED INDIVIDUALS WHO CAN CONFIRM THIS CLIENT AGENDA AND LACK OF RESPECT ON COMMUNICATING WITH PEOPLE. THE CLIENT HIMSELF WAS UNHAPPY ABOUT HIS OWN SELECTIONS AND LOOKED TO BLAME EVERYONE BUT HIMSELF FOR THE ITEMS SELECTED. I ALSO HAVE MANY PHOTOS OF THE PROJECT THAT I’D BE HAPPY TO SHARE. BOTTOM LINE IS THE CLIENT’S AGENDA WAS FOR US TO COMPLETE ALL WORK AND RENEGOTIATE PRICING."

I THINK IT'S PRETTY GOOD. IT'S A LITTLE SLOWER THAN I ANTICIPATED. THERE WERE SOME UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES. I THINK IT HAD TO DO WITH DEALING WITH THE CITY AND PERMITS, AND THAT THREW THE TIMING OFF. ONCE THAT GOT BACKED UP BY THREE WEEKS EVERYTHING GOT BACKED UP. THIS WASN'T THERE FAULT THOUGH, BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE WARNED US ABOUT THE PERMITS. THE WORK THEY DID THOUGH WAS EXCELLENT.
