2k Furniture Designs

I found 2K furniture Designs pretty good website through Google. They had what I needed at avery reasonable price. They also design their own products and have a wide range of furniture. I had questions about the product and so called and left a message. I got a very prompt call back with all the information I needed - and a deal to deliver it all up to my 5 floor walk-up - many companies won't do that and get sniffy about being asked. Also 2K try to deliver the day after the order is received - though its best to do this by phone I think . I ordered the product at 4:15 pm and asked if it could be delivered after 12:30 pm the following day, thinking it was probably too late. Sure enough I got a call back within 15 minutes to say that they would deliver in the next day afternoon - and that the driver would call me an hour or so before he arrived. Driver called early afternoon and said he could be there in 15 minutes if that was OK. It was even better - it was the best time he could have come. Driver was quick and pleasant. Everybody I dealt with did everything they could to be helpful and to fit into my schedule - and throughout were courteous and efficient. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to friends
