OTTO GARAGE DOORS

They provide a good service. I used them many times since I move to this place. I am looking for them.

Roger answered my call immediately. He needed to call me back and did so within the time he promised. Roger provided a price to replace the springs when he called me to schedule an appointment. He went out of his way to accommodate my elderly in-law’s who were very worried about not being able to use the door. My husband was very impressed with Roger’s professionalism, knowledge and experience. Without hesitation we will call Roger at Otto Garage Doors if we ever have a garage door issue.

One of the springs broke on my garage door on 12-13-14. Roger gave me a quote over the phone and on 12-15-14, he came by and replaced both garage door springs. He was there less than an hour. was very courteous and professional.  Highly recommended!!

Roger arrived when scheduled, and it took about 5 hours to remove the old door and install a new door, door opener and an outside key panel. He disposed of all the old materials and did an excellent job installing the new door. The door looks great, and is much quieter than the old one.
The cost was less than I expected, and less than some of my neighbors paid for similar door installs.
I'd definitely recommend Otto Garage Doors!

My garage door was "hiccuping" and stopping in mid transit. Called Otto and was serviced within two days. The first problem in seven years resolved in a timely manner. JH

Mr. Otto was very friendly and courteous from before he arrived (he called to say that he was running late) to the time that he left (he went to shake my hand but pulled back, citing his cold). He correctly approximated the amount of time needed to complete the work, and even replaced a worn pulley at his expense. He told me what the job would cost when I first contacted him, and it was right on the money (no surprises). Overall, a top-notch experience!
