MONARCH LAWN & LANDSCAPE

Monarch returned my initial phone call promptly, showed up when he said they would for an estimate and to do the work. The estimate was for less than the others I obtained, but part of the reason is they did less than the others proposed to do.  Their proposal fit my budget better than the others. The owner and helper showed up when they said they would, went right to work and worked through lunch to finish the job the same day.  The work looks good so far.  I'll be interested to see how the work holds up through the winter & spring.  My only concern so far is that it looks to me like they used regular sand between the horizontal blocks rather than crushed rock or the new sand that sets up. I plan to use them again in the spring to rebuild a "stockade" retaining wall.

It went perfect. Chad completely designed and installed the new walkway. Compared to what I had, the front of the house is now awesome. I was also impressed with the way he cleaned up every day. He also provided suggestions for the landscaping. He also co-ordinated the work with my contractor who built an overhang over the new stoop. I am totally satisfied with everything.

They do a good job. Their price was about $4800 which was pretty reasonable. I think they're a hard-working and honest company. They gave me all the information I needed and they did a great job. I would recommend them to family and others.

This is my 3rd experience with Monarch Landscaping.
He provided detailed drawings of a suggested landscaping plan. He was extremely agreeable about adjusting those plans to meet our preferences.
He did the work efficiently, and on budget. He provided many suggestions along the way about what plant would do well where and why. He shopped several different nurseries to procure the plants we wanted.
When the landscaping was finished 3 days later, the job was beautiful, and the rest of my yard was picked up and clean.
I would recommend Monarch Landscaping to anyone who values a good job from a caring person at a fair price!

Monarch Lawn and Landscape did excellent. We were very pleased. The owner was on the job each day, along with other workers so it was great. He did the design ahead of time.

It was a great experience to work with Chad. He was prompt with his estimates and was very patient with our questions and explanations so we could visualize the final result. The pavers look wonderful and he was able to and quot;fixand quot; some hardscape issues we had from prior work. His knowledge of his business is vast and creative. We are so happy with the final result, yes we will have him back to do some additional work.

They are courteous and have excellent prices. They are creative and give you ideas that actually save you money. They do a great job!

Chad came out and we went over the area that needed to be done and what I wanted to have done and then said he would email me an estimate. In about a week or so, he emailed me a drawing of the plants he would use and their placement plus the estimate to do the work. Due to other odd jobs around the house, it was a while before I was able to get back to him and schedule the work, but the estimated stayed the same. He did come out one more time to answer some questions I had and to remove a couple of plants that we both felt there was not enough room for. He gave me a new estimate without those plants.
I felt his estimate was fair for the work to be done so gave him the job. He arrived at the time specified and in less than a day had all the plants moved and the new ones in place. He and his worker were very courteous and professional. I am very pleased to come home now and look at my nice garden.
I would recommend him to others as well.

As in the past with much larger priced jobs, Monarch has been on the job quickly and has done professional work at a good price. The job was finished on time and very well done.
