Both jobs were done very well. They came out quickly for the emergency repair but had to call them on the second repair job. They did a great job and cleaned up beautifully! Will definitely use them again.

They were great. Professional, punctual, and did a wonderful job for me. After they tore off my old roof, they were more than willing to work with another carpenter I hired, (Martin Construction - Who is also terrific), to fix prior damage to the roof, by fixing joists and rafters, while the roof was open. Lucien Brisson's men worked hand in hand with Martin construction to fix my roof right, and what a great job they did. My roof looks wonderful and now it is square, and safe. They cleaned up at the completion of the job and yes, I would recommend this company.

On the first day of contact Lucien evaluated my roof and prepared a detailed estimate.  I knew it was going to be a big job as we purchased ths home over ten years ago and at that time the home inspector told us the roof needed replacing.  The existing roof was  the second roofing job on the house since the original build.  We put it off and dealt with how ugly the roof was including moss growing on different parts of the lower roofs.  A few months ago water starting leaking into the second floor bedrooms out of the ceiling.  The leaking bypassed the attic somehow.  I knew it was important to get this job done as soon as possible.  As with a lot of things, money of course was an issue but we were at the point where the house would sustain way too much damage if the roof was not replaced.  I did not think the job would be able to get done at this point because we were well into the cold and snow season and I was prepared to tarp my roof.  Amazingly I woke up one Saturday to the sounds of things in my driveway and I looked out to see plyboard and other supplies being dropped off.  Luciens crew worked well into the darkness of the evenings and always cleaned up at the end of the day.  In fact, they cleaned up stuff I should have cleaned up months ago and not once complained or were anything less than curteous and polite.  They were not able to work a couple of days in the process due to the weather but already there was no leaking in the house.  Lucien asked me what color shingles I wanted to go with and picked the ideal color to both please the look I wanted and to match the existing color of my house.
I can't say enough good about this guy and the work his crew did.  I felt completely comfortable with him doing the job and handling any issues they may arise if they ever do.  It was expensive, but well worth it.  I received another quote on the job which is way low and would have required me to provide the materials and dumpster etc.  I am glad I chose to not go that route because I AM NOT A ROOFER!   It would seem like finding an honest man dedicated to his craft and reliable would be a no brainer, but that has not been my complete experience in Rochester.  In Lucien, I have found that ideal.  You will not regret choosing him for your roofing work.

Lucien came and gave me a free estimate for a tear off and new shingled roof on my 1987 mobile home. I took 3 estimates and his estimate was considerably lower and more reasonable than the other companies. He has a lot of good reviews on Angie's and Home Advisor. He has a long standing history in the business and he would not have such good reviews if he was not a stand up guy/business. His crew (son and/or grandson I believe) arrived at 8am and worked all day completing the job around 5pm taking only 45 minutes or so for lunch. They were very respectful and cleaned up everything like no one was even here. Roof looks great and I'm very pleased with the outcome. I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for quality workmanship at a reasonable non inflated price.

The job was done very efficiently, very professionally, with excellent clean up. We found it very pleasant to work with Lucien and his family!

He was absolutely remarkable. He did what he said he was going to do. He did it when he said he was going to do it. It didn't cost me a dime more than the quote. It was wonderful. If he was to do something small, I would have roof my shed next summer. From the first day I called him until we were done, it was excellent. I would absolutely refer them to others. One of the other reasons why I picked them is that he lives in my area. You can only screw so many people in the area where you live before you put yourself out of business. I did get other quotes and had one that was $100 cheaper. I went with Lucien. He was the middle estimate. You have to take quality into consideration as well as price.  When my son needs the roof done on the house he just bought, that's who he's going to use. He's not going to bother to talk to anybody else because he knows what he's going to get.

Called  Lucien on Monday to get a quote and he quickly set up a appointment for Tuesday to come look at the roof. We agreed on the price and the work was done in one day on Friday. The quality of the roof install and the flashing was superior. They also cleaned up any mess that was made by the shingles being torn off. They did leave a trailer in our driveway over the weekend since they finished late on Friday. Very satisfied.

They were great. The initial quoting process was easy and informative. I had gotten quotes from other local companies. The other quotes were higher and the pressure to buy from them also much higher. I didn't appreciate their selling approach. With Lucien Brisson, Lucien quoted the work himself. He was very professional, polite and fact based. There was no pressure to buy. I contracted with him because he had a good quote, had been in business for a long time, had done work nearby with good ratings and reviews and I trusted him.
The work started ahead of schedule. Tears offs are very messy but they kept the yard neat. The crew doing the work was very polite and professional. They also worked hard and finished ahead of schedule. The dumpster was even picked up right away. I love my new roof and highly recommend Lucien Brisson Roofing.

A crew of four worked hard and removed the old roof, fixed a few small item and papered the roof in one day.
Another day needed to put the shingles on.
Went well except for the weather.
Rain put a delay in the work but the guys were there as soon as it cleared up and got right to work.
The did a nice job and a good clean up was done after it was finished.
