He comes about every 3 years. Sometimes we have a water issue because we have clay around here, but typically he is pretty standard. He's excellent. He is a homegrown boy. I think his dad had the business before he did. The price varies. If you dig the dirt off the top of the clean out you can save yourself some money. His prices are always competitive. He doesn't charge more than other people, otherwise I wouldn't use him because I usually check it. He takes the time to answer your questions. He cleans everything up. When he comes here his equipment is always clean. He will chat with you about local stuff going on just because we have gotten to know him over the years. We're just comfortable with him. He can refer to you competent people in the field if you are thinking about having other work done.
