Cook-Dahl, Inc.

Cook-Dahl is a full service remodeling company incorporated in 1968. Providing in-house design services and project production. We do use subcontractors only for specialized utilities installation. We oversee the project from start to finish, allowing 10% retainer until the punch list is completed. Cook-Dahl Inc. usually require a retainer fee for design drawings depending on the size and budget of the project. The retainer is credited upon acceptance of the proposal/ agreement. We also provide perspective clients with a extensive list of clientele,complete with address, phone numbers and a description of the project along with the age of the home. Many of our projects are older homes,built in nineteen and twentieth century that require sensitive attention to detail. George Dahl, president of Cook-Dahl, Inc. is also active member and past president of the Brockport Rotary since 1995 and past president of NARI, the National Association of the Remodeling Industry of the Rochester Chapter.
