Concrete Coating Pros

Was ok to start, was a nice guy.  However he is not very efficient or responsive.  When i hired him he said work would be done in 10-14 days, ended up to be one month.  Kevin doesn't respond back to calls, texts or emails until he wants to.  He also will tell you he will be there to perform work but more then 1/2 the time he doesn't even show up, no call letting you know either.  When he does show up he works for maybe a couple hours at most and leaves with just piles of rubble in your lawn.  It was all cleaned up in the end and the job did look good, however not 2 weeks later the walkway cracked right in the middle.  Making multiple attmpts to contact him about the issue, texted him pictures of the damage and he fails to respond to anything.  I feel this alone is what will make me provide the ratings above.  If you do the work but not a couple weeks later it is broken, then the job just is not complete and is not done well.  I would not recommend him to anyone, as this is just bad business and poor workmanship to after you recieve final payment and tell customer you will fix anything and warranty it to just cut off all communications and leave me with a paid for broken walk way,  May be small problem now but if not fixed when winter comes, it can only get worse and will have to have another company come in to fix if he just never responds.  If the work is fixed then i would change my review but because of this, nothing but an F should be expected for any business that does work that is not complete/breaks 2 weeks later and fails to fix/finish after they receive their payments.

Everybody else we talked to wanted us to demolish the steps and pour new ones which would've required foundation work as well. He was able to do the repair on steps themselves which has held up just fine so far!
