We bought a new home and never had the leach field inspected, turns out it was on a different property.
We had a whole new leach field dug and installed, the yard graded, and the tank pumped.
Mark is also and engineer and engineered all the plans and then submitted them to the town and handled dealing with the inspector. Mark is the nicest most professional person you could hope to meet. He was on time, accommodating, and speedy. His pricing is also very fair. I would use him again for the same service, but I honestly hope that wot be for another 20 years or so! ;)
