I came home from a week-long vacation to find over 3 inches of standing water in my basement. After calling a well known national chain disaster remediation company and being very displeased with them, I called Puroclean. Within an hour of calling, the owner was at my house, ready to assess the damage and take care of my basement for me (and this was on a weekend afternoon). From start to finish, the entire crew went above and beyond, keeping in constant contact, coming by to check the progress, and ensuring that things were going as they should be. The owner and staff are extremely knowledgeable and were available for every question I had and to help with any issue I needed assistance with--from the simplest of things, such as making extra trips to remove water damaged items, to conversing with my insurance company to ensure the proper steps were being made. While the nature of my problem was terrible, Puroclean resolved it entirely, and the entire process from start to finish could not have been easier. The owner, Dave, as well As the staff were not only knowledgeable, they were helpful, considerate, polite, and respectful of my home. David responded immediately and came to our house the same evening of our call.  This was especially great because we were going on vacation the next day.  He determined that there was some moisture behind our dishwasher and wrote an assessment on email the next day.  He also followed up with the insurance adjustor and us within a few weeks.  Thanks David for you hard work.

I had a very strong odor that I couldn't identify, only knew it was rancid, and seemed to come from one of my vents in the living room. We tried to vacuum down the register as far as I could get the hose, but to no avail. The next day I contacted a heating & a/c company, they would not be able to come until June 5th, with a charge of over $400. After contacting another h&a/c co, as they don't clean duct work, they referred me to PuroClean. I spoke with the owner and within an hour he was here, checking down the register with his camera, but unable to find anything. Since I had never had the duct work cleaned, someone from the company was here that same afternoon, cleaned and brushed the ducts, sanitized them, and the odor is 90% gone . Also, the owner just called to see how I had made out, and said he 
would touch base again with me next week to verify the odor is totally gone. 
Very satisfied with everything, I don't think many businesses work that way anymore.

We had a second floor washer dryer over flow.  the drain built in to cope with this kind of problem was plugged and
 a washer load of water overflowed and got into the first floor ceiling and walls. Thanks to Purocleans prompt response and
expert knowledge we were able to save all of the drywall and ceilings. Following the initial water cleanup dry air was blown
behind the walls and dehumidifiers and fans were applied to complete the drying process. After allowing for drying
repainting only was sufficient to finish the recovery.
