Description of Work: John Childs was recommended by Woodcock & Armani to "box in" a pex water line that they had installed at my rental property. John's work was prompt, neat, professionally done, and reasonably priced.

 + -1 moreHe was always professional and cleaned up after himself. I have struggled with a lot of contractors but these guys were always okay. I am trying to do this long-distance and it is good to have somebody trustworthy who will do a good job. The price varied depending on the size of the house and number of bathrooms, but he was always fair.
Description of Work: John has done a lot of pipe replacements for me in the kitchens and baths of older houses that I own. This last time he replaced the old galvanized pipes with either copper pipe or Pac pipe to modernize the plumbing and get rid of leaks.
