"We have diligently strived for excellence in providing the highest quality services custom tailored to the unique needs of all our clients, in every respect for nearly the last 30 years. Unlike the countless other fly by night or "mow & blow" landscapers, we proudly and diligently service dozens of clients season after season, many of them for decades without issue. As for this specific grievance, we repeatedly insisted and explained that their irrigation system was not adequate or properly configured to meet the demands of the project we installed. In fact, the irrigation system was managed and serviced by an unaffiliated 3rd party vendor and therefore well beyond our control to any reasonable extent. Had the irrigation system been properly addressed by the responsible party at the property owner's behest, the outcome would certainly have been dramatically better."
