I'd never be convinced that I got what I paid for. Her customer service was in no way serviced. It was hostile and divalike. I wanted to ask questions about certain aspects of the job that I didn't understand, because I had it coordinated with other contractors. I needed to know the things that are happening, and I just wanted to understand. But she didn't want to answer any questions. She didn't want to be questioned in any fashion. I paid this woman for a small job, but for whatever reason she decided that she doesn't like my town and she didn't like my questions so she wouldn't do any business with me.
