Used the handyman services after i moved to make repairs and changes. Also used them when storm blew shingles off the roof. Quality is good, and they are responsive.

They did excellent workmanship. The result was top quality and the workers were very nice. It transformed the entire house. It was a beautiful addition.

I am very satisfied with the quality of work they did and their follow up. They have been here on a monthly basis to take care of little things. We are very happy with them. I would certainly recommend them highly and rate them high. Their last visit was to take care of something that they had done previously. They did an extensive renovation of our house and then did little things. I would rate them high overall.

It went pretty well and they have good contractors. The electrician I hired was extremely good. They need to be a little careful when they are talking details about outside the project. They always say if it cost extra for the work, they come and tell you what its going to cost before they do the job. They are very responsible and good. I will use them in future.

The performance by Sunrise was top notch, and the end product far exceeded our wildest dreams. They did an excellent job of working with us and our architect first to improve and make helpful suggestions during the bidding process, and that continued into the construction period. They had their own crew of excellent workers (in particular Tom and Manny) and hired excellent subcontractors. We had weekly meetings with Gregg, the Project Manager at Sunrise, and he was really wonderful - always on top of things, and suggesting ways to improve the project or pointing out problems before they happened. In addition, Eric Messer, the owner, was also on top of things, and always available to come to the house or speak. We couldn't give a higher recommendation or be happier with the results.

Eric Metzer is the man who runs the company. They have also put a roof on for me too. They are a very reliable company. They did a very professional job this time around and I am very satisfied. The price was pretty reasonable. They may have been a little more expensive, but they were 100% reliable, which makes it all worth it.
