Extremely well, well price, very attentive and on time.

We've hired Paint Track twice recently, during the process of selling our current home and after buying another one. We needed to paint a child's bedroom and repair and paint a ceiling in our living area. Ray and his crew did a fabulous job on the ceiling. There were bad settling cracks in the ceiling. The crew repaired them and made the ceiling look brand new. The bedroom was painted perfectly. We liked the job so much, we hired them again to repaint two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the home we've recently purchased. Again, Ray and his crew were terrific. Responsive, prompt, and professional. Spotlessly clean. Really nice to work with Ray and his company.

We could not be more thrilled with the quality, professionalism, and friendliness of Ray and his fabulous team start to finish. The crew was outstanding--their work was impeccable, they finished the job right on time and exactly on budget, and they worked very neatly and cleaned up after themselves. They even went way above and beyond when they noticed that our cat sitter had not shown up one day and took it upon themselves to make sure the cat had food and water. I had a great experience with them, would highly recommend them, and will definitely use them again.

I always look at three or for vendors for each project and this one was no different.  Ray and his firm were referred by Mike Cahill, the GC we used to replace our interior doors and other projects around the house.  Ray was on time to our initial meeting and even did a follow up with his proposal.  Ray's price was above the other vendors, but I was extremely impressed by his organization skills, use of project management applications, and standard operating procedures he has written about almost every process in his business.  
I have hired several general contractors over the years for our home and I hate when one person comes to the house and listens to the project and then sends in his or her tradesmen to do the job.  At which time I spend the majority of my day telling them what to do because the communication between the GC and his/her tradesmen was simply nothing.  THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN WITH RAY.  He uses a mobile project management app that each of his guys have on their phones.  This way communication is absolute and items actually get checked off the list by the guys that do the job. (Leaving me to actually work instead of manage the project)  Also there is an onsite time clock which each of the guys check in and out with on a daily basis so Ray knows who is working, at which project and when.  
As for the painting and prep work it was done extremely well.  I had to tell Ray once what colors and where to use them, and when we changed colors mid project he reworked the contract with us.  His guys literally had to repaint a very large portion of the project because we received a poor color recommendation from a housing stager.  There were no complaints from his men or him and they just tackled it in stride.
Overall we are VERY happy with the result and would use Ray and his firm again for sure.  Thank you Ray!

We have had the pleasure of working with Paint Track for well over 5
years. Ray Rahni and his team are always courteous, professional and
respectful. They take the utmost care while in your home. They did the
exterior painting of our home which included painting the tedious window
trim, power washing and staining the wooden shingles. They have also
done several interior painting jobs as well. They painted our
living/dining room, foyer, family room, 2 bedrooms, foyer, hallways and
staircase. All of this was done leaving our house each day the way
they found it, clean and dust free. They are not going to be the
cheapest price you will get, but they are the best! My husband and I
recommend Paint track.

Paint Track is WONDERFUL!!! Our experience with them was great from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and we always felt like we knew the status of the project. Ray and his team are extremely professional in every way. Ray went above and beyond, and he was a constant presence during the project. Painters were on time every single day. Ray and his team have been our go-to painting providers for close to 5 years.  Of all the service providers who have helped us in that time, he would be tops in professionalism and results.  He is not the cheapest option, but his team shows up on time, gets the work done well and he is very easy to work with.

Ray runs a very professional team.  From our first meeting when he showed up for an estimate through the work being completed Ray and his team have been professional and provided excellent results.  I would recommend him with no concerns whatsoever.  Just a great experience.

We need to have some staining done on the exterior doors and also do s on we pressure washing. Ray and his team was very punctual and very courteous. They completed all the work efficiently and in a timely manner. We had used them before and wad very happy with their work.

Wonderful.  My neighbor and I have been using Paint Track (Ray) for years.  I plan to use him in the near future to paint the interior of my house.  It's always a pleasure working with Ray.  I highly recommend him and his company.

After covering all the counters and the floor, PAINT TRACK  thoroughly washed the kitchen walls, ceiling, cabinets and drawers.  They even took the lightbulbs out of the ceiling fixtures and cleaned the fixtures. They then sanded everything and wiped everything again, before they started applying paint.

After the first coat of paint dried they again lightly sanded the painted areas  before applying another coat.  They also did a wonderful job fixing places where a prior painter had done a very poor job.  

In addition, the workmen were all very polite and pleasant to have in our home.  

PAINT TRACK also painted the exterior of out house several years ago and we are equally happy with the job they did at that time.  We had had the house painted only a couple years before that and it already had begun to peel.  Unlike the prior painter, PAINT TRACK  told us that they would not paint our house because the same thing (peeling) would happen again unless we had other work done first.  We really appreciated their honesty and are very happy with the exterior work they did -after we had someone do the window and siding work they recommended.

Very good job all around. Got a very detailed explanation of the job prior to hiring them. All questions were answered. The workers were prompt, neat, courteous, knew what they were doing. Paint job was superb. Ceiling patch is totally invisible. Deck staining is gorgeous. Followed up after the job to make sure we were happy. And we were! Would use them again and would recommend them highly.

Make no mistake: Paint Track and Ray are amazing. Everything in this company is about attention to detail, from the bid, to the way the workers so carefully prep the rooms, to every exacting final detail of fine finishing. The purchase of my house took longer than expected, so when I closed just a few days before leaving town, I contacted Ray in the hopes he could get a team in while I was away. They were able to complete well more than half the work in just three days (no small feat given the square footage and the amount of prep my walls needed), and then we managed to make it work with his painters and my movers doing a delicate dance around each other. I so appreciated no complaints about the inconveniences of working with me and the movers.
I went with Ray because I had 100 percent confidence just 10 minutes after meeting him that he is truly invested in high-quality work, his workers' training (and their well-being) and perfectionist results. (With so many painters these day, you get freelance workers; who knows how good they are?) My house has a bazillion windows and glass doors, all with grids?and I wanted them all to be flawless. Too many lines to have wandering paint! And flawless they are.
Sometimes your house needs the best attention and care it can get. If you have a taste for flawless work, go with Paint Track. You will absolutely get your money's worth. I am still walking into my house every day marveling at how cleanly the job was done, and I have already asked Ray for another estimate to do the rest of the house!

The painters showed up exactly on time and did a fabulous job. When they were done, they cleaned up as best as it was possible under the conditions.(other renovations going on at the same time)
Great job overall.  Highly recommend them  and even though they are not the cheapest around,  you get what you pay for!

The work was performed with great attention to detail, extreme cleanliness and protecting all floor and furniture. We could not have asked for better result considering how much prep work had to be done.The entire crew worked in a professional and timely manner. Both interior and exterior painting projects were completed within the proposed time frame.

The estimate is a little higher than we might otherwise get, but for that little extra, we get great consultation on color, staging, etc.

In every case the work was performed with great attention to detail, extreme cleanliness, protection of all adjacent surfaces, and the work was done during the timeframe proposed and within the price quoted.  There were never any surprises.  If anything, Ray absorbed some costs that most contractors would have charged for.  In one case,  there were several spots that had been touched up but didn't look exactly right.  Without our asking they repainted the entire wall to make it perfect.   They were given our keys and full access to the property while we were not home - we trust them completely.  I have recommended them to neighbors who were just as pleased with the work.

Because I have a newborn, I had to arrange to be away during the staining. Ray was excellent in terms of scheduling a time that worked for me and sticking to that schedule. When giving an estimate and explaining the job, he explained every detail. The job turned out great. I will definitely use PaintTrack for jobs in the future!

Excellent job from start to finish. They worked to complete the job before Thanksgiving, even with short lead time. Ray even recommended color choices which worked out to be great.

They are excellent, thorough and they clean up after themselves. They are very respectful.

We interviewed three contractors. Ray's price was in the middle. The combination of what we had heard about him with our own experience with him in the initial meeting made the decision a no brainer. He is a professional. We continue to use Ray and his team in our new home. I wouldn't hire anyone else.
