Sent over unqualified handymen for a plumbing job. Came with no tools and charged me $700 for tools and equipment that a plumber should have. Charged ridiculous amounts to have a saw dropped off (again, plumber should have something to cut a pipe- they charged me to buy a pipe cutter and $156 to have a small saw dropped off) and for a small bag of garbage to be thrown out. Worked for 5-6 hours but charged me for two guys for two full days. Bill came to $4,000 to hook up a washing machine and reseat two toilets (I think it was less than $1,000 worth of work) and never fixed the leak that was the primary thing I hired them for. Never called me back or came back to verify my complaints, and because they make you give a credit card to come to the house that they run with a 3% surcharge even if the job was not complete, you are stuck. Turns out they don't have a plumbing license so none of the work is really code compliant. These guys are a rip off and not particularly honest. ANd forget customer care. 3 months later and I will have to go to court to even get them to call me back. Stay far, far away.
Description of Work: Had a leaky toilet and a backed up drain. Drain still backed up. They didn't bring a snake or any plumbing tools!!
