Koala Insulation of Northern Westchester

Very professional. Hired Koala a few years ago to spray foam our attic. Did such a great job we hired them to insulate a 3-seasons room. Responsive, hardworking team. Would hire them again if needed.

Iâ ve been told that the best money spent on a house is in good insulation. I am so grateful that I found Michael and Koala to do this work for me. Initially Michael spent a considerable amount of time thoroughly investigating and assessing the ways insulation would help create a more comfortable and energy efficient home for me. He explained his recommendations in understandable ways, detailing everything he saw, what my options were and his specific recommendations. Michael is extremely knowledgeable. He looks at the entire structure of a building, assessing how each area relates to the other. He generously, and patiently shared what he learned about my house, educating me along the way. His team is knowledgeable and extremely hard working. They are detailed, clean, organized and honest good people. I could not be happier with their work. I highly recommend Michael and Koala.

Working with Mike, the owner, was a pleasure and he was so easy to work with. He stopped by to see what we needed done and gave a few suggestions. We received an estimate a few days later and the following week we were re-doing the insulation in the basement. We are so happy with the work. Everything was left cleaner than it originally was! When the work was done Mike stayed behind to go over what was done. I would definitely recommend this company to do your insulation in your homes. I moved to Westchester and have had a really hard time finding trades people who want to, or will, work. When I discovered after a home inspection that my house had little to no functional insulation I was really stressed out. Michael called me and he seemed very knowledgeable when I spoke to him. He came to my house, did a thorough inspection, including a crawl space that you have to slide on your belly to get all the way through! I particularly appreciate that Michael himself told me that he is a bit "OCD". He was and it showed in not only the work he did, but THE CLEANUP after the work was done. The 2 men who work with him are lovely and hard working. All in all, my experience was great. This winter will be the real test!!!
