I have used them for years. They are honest, and reliable. They get the job done and done right.

I would recommend them. They were fantastic. I have become disabled and cannot drive. So, I have not used them recently. They had very fair prices and they were reliable. They always explained things to me and got things done in a timely fashion. If a part was bad, they would show me the part after they took it out from the car to show me what went wrong. I could request them to show me the part. They were amazing. I have tried different people over the years, but no one has ever done a better job than them. Their prices were very good; it was the very reason I had used them. I would use them again if I could.

These guys had received two recommendations from neighbors. We've tried a couple of other shops in Ossining - friendly enough but we were never quite comfortable with their honesty (one offered to not charge tax, but the net price they got to keep was higher than the job cost - not cool on so many fronts). And a lot of shops don't fully service Audis since you need specials tools and other equipment to do a proper job. I'd also gone to an Audi dealer in Westchester and talk about scam artists - they saw a chick coming and saw gold. Unfortunately for them I'm an educated woman, and their prices were outrageous! Double R is professional, timely, honest about when you don't need repairs. Their price was fair - not deep discount, but on the lower range of the 3 other estimates I got. If you live in the Ossining/Briarcliff area, do not stop anywhere else, go directly to Double R.

It was ok. The price was comparable to the dealership quote and I didn't get the feeling that my business was appreciated. The car seems to work fine so it appears the work was well done.

They are absolutely incredible and I recommend them to anybody. They were so honest it was almost annoying sometimes.

Rob is a mechanic you can trust. He's professional and competent and honest. He explains the situation well. He's not cheap but then he's worth it.

Absolutely fabulous service. This is a very old-school repair shop, but is clean, the staff is polite and pleasant, and the service is impeccable. When the initial replacement of the radiator failed to fix the problem, they did a second diagnostic, found the other problems, and replaced them as well - and didn't charge us for the labor, saying that they were already in there once, and should have caught it then. Total cost was less than the price of the radiator alone, without labor, at the Honda dealership, and total turnaround, from beginning to end, including two trips to the shop? Less than 36 hours. Same day radiator replacement, and same day followup when they were already booked solid, because it was how to make it right. We've taken our two cars here for a year, and every repair has been like this. We simply could not be happier.
