Bob came and measured, suggested options for tile and fixtures but left the choice up to me.  He was meticulous in laying the tile and cleaned up very well when the job was done.

He pays great attention to details. He has very high standards and is very honest. He is very pleasant to be around. His work is meticulous and beautiful. It is pleasant to have him around the house.

Bob came over, made suggestions, gave a detailed quote, and started promptly. He provided detailed plans and recommended showrooms for me to go to in order to select tiles and cabinets, based on his plans. The work proceeded steadily. He brought in electricians and painters as necessary and oversaw their work. He was so pleasant I was sorry to see him go when the job was finished.

Individual owned Company came and measured all windows needed to be replaced and submitted proposal with exact specifications as to what had to be done. His price was neither lowest nor the highest but he was recommended by another firm who we were very very pleased with so we engaged his services. He returned a second time and took very exact measurements so that all windows fit perfectly. The windows were delivered and owner of company came to inspect all windows as they were being delivered. He came when promised and the installation of the 18 windows were done properly and with great care. All debris was removed. His work was clean, neat, and very appropriate. The installation of the 18 windows took approximately 4 days. Other firms said that they could do the job in one day but after my close observation I do not see how the job could be done that fast without taking shortcuts and being sloppy. All in all, my wife and I are quite please with the product, the installation, and quality of the workmanship. In fact, we are planning to remodel a small bathroom and will most certainly consider this company and individual again!
