PERFECT!! Would definitely hire again! CJ scheduled my call in 24 hrs, Very busy season so arrived a little late, but called when he was on his way. Quickly diagnosed my problem, fixed it, made recommendations and explained WHY the problem occurred. Charged my system on the way out, because it was a little low. My heat went out over the weekend. Carl called me right back when I reached out for assistance. He was able to talk me through a temporary fix over the phone, which got my heat back on in minutes and saved me the after hours fee for a weekend service call. He then followed up with a visit to service the unit during the week once he was sure any parts he might need were in stock. Great service. Great communication. Prompt arrival.

I had my 43 year old 16 x 36 inground pool demolished by CJ's . It broke my heart, but the pool was obviously in disrepair. I could no longer maintain it and it hadn't been used in several years. Carl was wonderful ! He kept me informed of each step of the process. He promptly responded to my calls, texts, and never rushed through our conversations. He was always professional, friendly and polite. The crew was talented, knew their jobs and were very hard working, not to mention always had smiles on their faces! They never asked me for a thing. I offered them water daily, but they only accepted once. They brought all their own supplies. My pool was completely demolished, steel walls, concrete, liner, cover, bags, along with all accessories and even some old lawn furniture, which was all hauled away. CJ's used all clean fill, shaped the property and topped it off with topsoil, seed and hay. Because of the heavy equipment required for the job, albeit, they took precautions, there were ruts in my lawn and bricks depressed. Carl and crew repaired all!! There were no extra charges ever. I called them first thing in the morning and they sent someone by lunchtime to evaluate the damage. They then came out after one of there scheduled jobs were finished later that same day to get us back in service. AC install

They repaired my AC blower and also figured out that the reason certain rooms werent getting cold enough was the previous undersized ducts that another contractor installed. Pataros guys replaced the ducts and relocated some and now it works fine. They also found disgusting debris in the old ducts while removing them so I asked them to do a duct cleaning which was also done thoroughly, professionly, timely and fair cost. They also found mold on my AC coil and they will be coming back before summer to clean that up.
