The entire experience was fantastic and very professional. Ray offered me several options for the nature of the work, provided a realistic time frame, and delivered the job for a very fair price. The quality of the work was impeccable. Ray clearly values customer satisfaction and his shop's relationship with its customers. I have and will continue to recommend this shop to my family, friends, and business associates,

Tony reviewed the damage, discussed what would be involved to repair it properly, and quoted me a fair price for the work.  They completed the work in a timely way for the agreed upon price and it looks great.  Very satisfied with my experience.

When I tweaked the top of my hatchback installing a bike rack, I was not happy. Due to my high deductible, I knew I would not be involving my insurance company, and so would be paying for the fix out of pocket. The first place I went to quoted $800+, the second was $1100. Both were making the job bigger than necessary by removing the hatch. The almost didn't bother trying Briarcliff Manor Auto Body because I figured everything in Briarcliff is expensive. But I was wrong. The owner came out, looked it over, and said that although it was a tricky repair right at the edge of the panel, he would be able to do it without removing the hatch.
At his quoted price of $350, I figured it was worth taking a chance.
When I went to pick up the car, which was ready when he said it would be, I was delighted that the fix was imperceptible.
This place was a real find—although, of course, I hope I don't have occasion to use them again.

The fender was repaired, my friend had checked out the local Volkswagon dealer but they wanted fifty dollars more and suggested that the light might need replacing, a much more expensive job. She took it to Joe (full disclosure, he is my neighbor, and I did suggest she try him out) and he told her there was no problem with the light, she just needed the area nearby repaired. She and her husband were very happy with the service they received when I asked them about it later.

I took my car in to have them repair a door and rear quarter panel that I gouged on a plow. I also asked them to take care of a rust spot in other area. They did the repairs quickly and did more than simply fix that problems. They compounded out other dings from various sources and cleaned the headlights that were looking pretty scuffed up and bad. All in all, my car looked like it was new.
