We were extremely happy with the work performed at our home. We're in a relatively new house and had no history on the septic system maintenance. We place a call on Sunday, received a call back that day and a slot in the schedule for Monday. Dennis came out mid afternoon and was upbeat, positive and very knowledgeable about exactly what needed to be done. He took the time to explain things to us and to give us recommendations for future service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for future service or recommend them to a friend or neighbor.

A little mix up with the scheduled time, but other than that the service was done well and professionally. I mean, how much can you really say about getting a septic tank cleaned.

Mr. Tyndall was very responsive and explained the job before it was started. The job was done in great time. Clean work I am very happy that I went with Tyndall!

Septic backed up  into our basement at 6pm on a Wednesday.  Pat from Tyndall Septic was out the next morning.  The two men worked, without a break, until the early evening making sure we were all fixed.
I can't say enough good things about Tyndall Septic.  Will definitely use them for all our future septic needs (which I hope only includes pumping!)

When water started to backup into my tub, I called Tyndall based upon Angie's rating and I sure wasn't disappointed.  I called early this morning, explained my problem and was assured someone would be out today.  I was told I would be called when Pat had a better idea of time of day.  He called, explained he was leaving his location and was on his way and arrived as expected.  When he arrived, I provided as much information as I could, some of the information I had and a short tour of the layout.  He located my tank, found and opened the cover, took a look around and, based upon what he saw, diagnosed a line clog (and why) all within less than 30 minutes and no charge.  As concerned as I was, I appreciate that he came out today as promised and appreciate the courtesy diagnosis.  I'll happily be using Tyndall for all my septic services.

I called to ask for more info and they took my name and number down and said they would call me back. That was 3 days ago, never heard from them. I called again today and they took my info again. Still haven't heard back. Needless to say I have moved on to another company and was able to schedule it for tomorrow. Very unprofessional.

It went extremely well!  The gentleman who came to perform the service, Dennis, was the nicest guy, and very professional.  He was so friendly, and polite, and was so helpful to provide information when we had questions.  We would definitely use this company again.

Had a bad smelling, wet patch on my leeching fields during Christmas week.  Talked with 6 highly rated contractors, Pat Tyndall was one of the only three who came out immediately.  He was one of the only two (of the six), to recommend a solution other than total field replacement. 
Pat gave me a schedule of procedures, costs and likelihood of success.  I went with vacuuming the pipes, replacing the connectors, installing ports, and adding chemicals (he estimated a 70% chance of success).  Had a scare from a heavy rain the week after he finished, but I added 6 more gallons of chemicals (through the ports he'd put in), that I'd puchased on my own (Amazon), and the fields drained and stayed drained.
Problem solved with a tiny amount of DIY, for a fraction of the cost of replacement.
Pat also had by far the best price for replacing the fields, if I'd gone with that option.

Family company. Owner and son are really nice guys and have been in the business a long time. They came to the house twice. The first time they were on time but the second time they were 45 minutes late. Other than that they were great and would recommend them to anyone.

Tyndall did an outstanding job.  They were prompt, got the necessary permits, removed the old tank, and installed the new one all within 5 working days.  I was very pleased with their service and would recommend them to anyone.  Their workers are very professional and Pat Sr. or Jr. were always on site.  They found solutions to problems that arose (giant boulders where the tank needed to go) and were excellent overall.

No one had any record of where our septic tank was located.  I dug a few holes on a hunch and didn't have any luck.  They came out and used a radio locater and marked the tank location in the front yard and stated that it was down 42".  Well, I dug a 48" hole there and found the pipe but not the tank.  So, on another hunch, I dug a new hole and found the tank.  They came out and pumped it out.  They did not charge me for using the radio locator since they had marked the spot incorrectly.  They were very professional throughout this long process.  We will certainly use them next year.

I would go to Pat again in a heartbeat.  We had a bit of trouble scheduling around the weather, but he was prompt, fully explained to me what he was doing, and his septic system repair worked wonderfully.  It would not have been possible to have a better experience.

Our septic system started to back up right after Christmas week.  We called Tyndall and talked to Anne to request an estimate.  Pat Sr. and Alfredo came the later the same day after finishing another job to give an estimate for the work.  We dug up some test pits with a shovel to determine the problem and concluded we need an excavator to complete the repair.  Pat Sr. gave me an estimate of $2,500.
On 01/04/13, Dennis pumped out the overfilled septic tank, Pat Sr. operated the excavator, Pat Jr. and Alfredo repaired the damaged section of my septic field.  The invoice total was $2,000 which was $500 less than the estimate.
We had a positive experience working with Tyndall, from the moment we talked to Anne to working with Pat Sr and his crew.  All of our questions were answered and concerns were addressed.  We could not be more pleased with the results of their work and I highly recommend them to anyone who has a problem with their septic system.

I normally hate to hire anyone to do work for me because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and it is extraordinarily rare that I've had anyone perform up to my level of expectations & standards. Tyndall not only met that criteria, they were also quite reasonable in what they charged and a genuine pleasure to do business with!

He had no problem finding the cover.  The service man was courteous and professional.

It was fair priced.

They were prompt and courteous and I thought the prices were really good and the workers were great and I would consider using them again if I had to.
