Jeff was very polite - called to let me know he was running a little late.  He got here, looked at the problem and was able to correct the issue very quickly - turned out to be a switch that got turned off.  Took about 5 minutes. He did not charge me for the call and was really nice about it.  I would certainly call him again for any future problems or issues and would also definitely recommend him to others.

Went well. He came to my residense within a few hours after my calling him, and diagnosed the problem. He took my computer with him and returned 24 hours later with all repairs done. Note that he could have returned the computer sooner, but my schedule did not permit it.

Everything went as good as it could have gone The machine was fixed within the time frame and cost promised. I am very happy and pleased with the work and I. Would not hesitate for a moment to use Tech911 again. Jeff not only knows what he is doing, but is very reliable and dependable, which is a rare quality in this day and age.

I appreciated Jeff starting to think about how to solve my problem before he was due to arrive on Monday. By taking this initiative, he was able to save me some time and allowed me to be up and running much quicker than I anticipated. Jeff seemed very knowledgeable, was friendly and courteous. I would definitely call him again.

Difficulties were overcome.

Jeff was wonderful, I had to give him all "A" grades in my review. I am somewhat computer-savvy but just could not get viruses off my business's workstations. (This is a small business with 5 computers and no IR department.) I spent hours trying to get these computers working and then finally called Tech911. Jeff got both computers cleared of viruses and working properly again. I didn't think it was possible but he got it done. He also has done other general computer and network troubleshooting for us. I am so happy that we have him for any computer projects, network expansion, or troubleshooting we may need in the future.
