propane sales
+ -1 moreThe technician was great but the company is annoying. I feel their prices are pretty high for the service we get. We've never had propane before and they locked us into a 3 year contract which we are told is crazy. To leave them it will cost us $350. We are a little annoyed and we felt like some details were skipped in the sales process. It was a fast purchase in December. We needed heat and getting a different propane company out there was a bit of a hassle. We had empty tanks. We had to get them filled. It was a saga. We thought the thing to do was to get them filled up and go but it was a definite error on our part. Just a bad taste in my mouth.

+ -1 moreThey were very accommodating. There was a big hassle about the account set up. Found things in the contract and questioned it but was told it's normal practice. We found out later that it's not normal practice. They were responsive to my questions. Ignorance is my fault but I felt like it wasn't the most straightforward.
