I didn't realize that they had subcontractors. I didn't like the tiles, and they didn't ask me about it first.

The remodeling experience went very smoothly and was much better than I expected. The entire workforce from office staff to installers were professional and attentive to all my needs and questions. The work was done when it was scheduled to be done and was completed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Southeast Kitchen and Bath to all customers and I would definitely use them again when I am ready to remodel my bathrooms. My kitchen looks beautiful and I could not have asked for better service.

Overall very good experience.
Excellent help in choosing cabinets and other furnishings such as back splash and counter top. Staff was considerate of our time and concerns.
Workers showed up on time and worked progressed on time. Once workers started, they continued until their part of the work was done. They were not pulled off in mid job to another job. All work scheduled and the schedule was kept.
Materials (e.g. cabinets, counter top) arrived as per schedule.
All costs were presented and explained ahead of time- no surprises.
Problems/Issues were addressed quickly and resolved.
No one is perfect, but Southeast came as close as one could humanly expect.

Work product was good. However I was told the job would take 8-10 weeks but it dragged on for over 20 weeks. Anthony repeatedly blamed the plumber or electrician. There were countless days when no workers showed up at all. It felt like they had overextended themselves on jobs and once my job was off schedule, I was no longer a priority. I have done a number of projects over the years. This was by far my most frustrating experience. I had a tub sitting in the middle of my bedroom for 3 weeks. No use of the master bathroom for the entire time. I threatened to withhold payment, and was immediately served legal papers. I just joined Angie list as I am beginning a process to remodel my kitchen. Needless to say, Southeast will not be considered.

I contracted with owner , Anthony Palladino (Also doing business as Palladino Building) for a much needed new kitchen. Anthony made me feel confident that although he returned a higher priced estimate than other contractors, he would do the job to my satisfaction. He told me over and over, "if you're not pleased with something, let me know and I'll make it right"! He did not live up to his word and promises made!
The first phase was to receive cabinets that had been ordered through Lewistown. Mr. Palladino told me on numerous occasions that he would be there when delivery was made to ensure quality cabinetry was accepted by him. That day was March 27th 2013 and per his contract I handed over my my third payment in the amount of $9,000.00. He promptly left with the check and his workers never checking the wrapped cabinets. I took it upon myself to take a look that evening and found cabinets that were the wrong color and were also very poorly stained (bubbling was quite noticeable). The next morning he arrived agreed that the cabinets were inferior and not what was ordered. Mr. Palladino wrote a lengthy letter to the manufacturer, and eventually, new cabinets were to be constructed and redelivered. Had Mr. Palladino followed his own guidelines, a lengthy delay could have been avoided.
During construction, there was only one worker on site, which dramatically slowed the project. unfortunately I never thought to ask about the number of workers that he would assign to my project.
The mess was not contained to one room as promised. The daily clean up was non existent.
A poorly cut cabinet border was attached until I asked if they were kidding.
There was a hole in my wall from them altering the maximum opening of the door, then not correcting, which put the knob through the wall. They never brought this to my attention only admitting to doing it after I reported this them. They did fix the hole.
The ceiling in my brand new kitchen was never replaced so all is new but the same old textured, cracked ceiling remains to this day. Mr. Palladino was week aware that this was very important to me and finally said the bow in the ceiling would be too difficult to reproduce. He said that his painter/sheetrock person would make the ceiling look brand new. Believe me THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. When I relayed this to the painter she said there was no way!!!
The last huge disappointment I will mention (although there were more) was the painting job. At the end, the beige wall color was on the white molding and the white molding paint was an in inch up the wall. The floors were stained after the moldings were painted.....so I also have dark brown stain on my white moldings.
There is more but this evaluation has taken way too much time and feels like I am reliving my unpleasant experience with this contractor. I hope this review helps the next person when contracting for this type of work.

The provider was most professional in the written estimate with accurate details. The installers, especially the primary person, were most professional in their work paying attention to detail and working continually through each day of service. We don't think any other provider could have done such an acceptable job.

Southeast Kitchen and Bath was very good. They were very attentive to what we needed to be done. They had design services which was topnotch. They came up with ideas that were more than we ever had thought of. They had a level of professionalism in their service. They were very well trained people.
