Ronnie was one of the only septic inspectors to return our calls. He arrived early on site. He made thorough inspection and we were very satisfied with the service provided.

Ronnie was punctual and professional. He explained every step of the process and did a great job of diagnosing the septic system in a home which was being considered for purchase but which had failed the general inspectors septic test. Ronnie investigated without the aid of as built plans and was able to identify a conspicuous issue in the drain field that we were then able to bring to the sellers attention and have addressed.
Ronnie also took the time to provide extra advice to us as potential septic system owners.
If things work out with the home purchase we would strongly consider using Ronnies Septic for our long term septic maintenance needs.

Ronnie was punctual. He was quick to find the buried tank, explained not only what he was doing, but how the system worked, and provided a lot of information about how to maintain the system.

Ronnie, is the exception. Not only does he define competency, he offers himself as a conduit for training of less skilled "technicians". His military background is always evident as is his interest in dedication to performance to the best of his ability, while treating his customer with sincere professionalism and human interest. He is an absolute "class" act who deserves only the most emphatic praise.

I was trying to finish all inspections for a real estate deal quickly. Ronnie squeezed me in on short notice and came out on a bitterly cold February morning to perform a septic inspection.
The seller's broker unfortunately did not send the septic tank location in time and we coudn't reach her and Ronnie spent an hour prodding the ground and digging trying to find it. The broker finally called us back and let us know where it was and Ronnie finished the inspection. We greatly appreciated Ronnie staying around to find the tank and for the broker to call us back.
He recommended we not pump it that day considering our household size and to wait until next year. This saved us money and we appreciate his honesty.
We'll be calling Ronnie when it comes time to pump it next spring.

My experience is good. You know he had to go out couple of times because the area wasn't marked where the septic tank was and I kept going back and he go out about three times so it is hard to find and locate it even with the blueprint of the city and that too wasn't helpful so someone had to go and actually mark it for him and then he went in and out and he said it was rather deep and that is why it was more than what I was originally quoted, but I didn't mind because he was very thorough and very efficient in what he did. He went out there even in the rain in try to find out. I would use them again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Ronnie. He is owner operated and a professional guy. He called us back right away, made an appt for weekend morning and came during a hectic time when most people didn't have power (including himself) after hurricane Sandy.
He pumped out our whole septic and was very informative to how the system runs and what we can do to better maintain the tank.
In our case we have drainfield pipe issues (after the septic tank's exit) so while the tank was emptied we knew we had other problems to address. Ronnie was very helpful in how we could tackle our septic drainage issues.
We would use him again for our regular septic pump service.
