From start to finish I got nothing but professional work ethic and good sound advice on materials and applications. All work was performed in a most timely manner! [sometimes he needed to wait for myself or other contractors!]

The project only took three days to complete and the end result is gorgeous. I never thought I would be able to have marble tiles in this bathroom because of how incredibly uneven the floor used to be. Richard leveled the floor and now I have a shiny marble floor in the downstairs bathroom that my Mother uses when she stays with me. Overall, my Mother and I are both extremely pleased and would not hesitate to use Richard again or recommend him to a friend.
