i was extremely happy with all the work done very professional knowledgable electrician and plumbers glenn was very courteous and respectful glenn and his staff left no mess and helped with other small jobs that i h ad around the house more than 100% pleased would highly recommend this service glenn has very fair pricing always called back when i called him was very lucky to find him as many people in his profession are not dependable or professional would definitely hiire glenn for other work he is just a very good person all around and does good work thanking you steve craig

I've had this contractor do carpentry in my house do plumbing in my house the work is always been Superior workmanship the contractor is absolutely professional the work was done exactly when he said it would be done I would absolutely recommend him myself personally I recommended him to friends and family and everyone was very satisfied with the work my wife has his number on speed dial

Contracted to do the job. Showed up two days. Was out the following two days. Showed up the fifth day and left after 1.5 hrs. Never returned. Left job undone. Made a wreck of my bathroom. Left garbage and debris loose in my driveway. When asked to bag the debris I was told that that was not in my contract. Did not perform work as discussed. Overall unprofessional. I checked his references, but either they have a low expectation, are family, or are paid because what I experienced was far from what was described. Took my money and walked off the job.

Glenn is the best â and as a 70 year old, I have a lot of experience with workers in my home. I had a good deal of water damage over 2 floors and multiple walls and ceilings. It required expertise and a variety of skills to repair and replace all the various aspects, and to make it seamless with the undamaged areas. He is an absolute magician, totally outclassing any previous similar work that Iâve had done and resulting in a totally seamless, as-new appearance. And, he is a no-drama professional â reliable, honest, and sincere. His pricing was also more than competitive. He is now my go to guy for EVERYTHING related to the home.

Glenn is knowledgeable,professional and a really nice guy. He responded immediately and came when he said he would. His price was more than fair. Orlando, who works for him, is thorough and hard-working. He stood on that roof as if he were the ground. When they were finished cleaning the moss off our roof it looked like new. They power-washed part of our house that needed it while cleaning up the residue from the job. They did great work. We will recommend Glenn and hire him again for other jobs.

Glenn is extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. His work is very meticulous which is key for me. Response time was pretty much immediate after sending an e-mail or placing a phone call. He is extremely trustworthy. I will definately use Phase One Construction for future work. I can't say enough nice things about him. I would recommend Glenn 100%.

There were several things I liked - most of all I liked that when I was given a time whether it was for the original quote, a phone call or the work - Phase One showed up in a timely manner. Secondly, the owner was friendly, explained how he would proceed in a way I could understand without being condescending, his workmen were polite, helpful and very professional. I had several projects from fencing, concrete, repair of cedar siding, removal and install of mirrored doors as well as install of a bathroom fan and repair on dormer doors. The work areas were left tidy, debris was removed. Very professional.
