Whatever you do, do NOT use this company. They are rude, unprofessional, do not stand by their work and try to shake you down for as much money as they can. Like previous reviews stated, I had horrendous encounters with this company. They installed a whole new water system (well tank and pump) to the tune of $3500, which broke just 2 years later. While replacing the pump for the second time, I discovered they installed a different type of pump than they charged me for (of course a less expensive one) and did not seal the well as stated in my original contract (which is in fact a garbage bag sitting on top of the well). Furthermore, I now run out of water frequently and have all around terrible pressure since they replaced the pump. Of course, they have the audacity to want more money from me. They don't care about the customer. Do yourself a favor and call a reputable company .

They scheduled a day to come out and I waited all day, calling their office several times to confirm they were still coming.  Finally at 4pm they came and quickly looked at our system, not noticing several obvious problems (found by a subsequent service provider) like the PH system had been bypassed and the water pressure tank's bladder had ruptured.
They then proceeded to collect a water sample and said they'd let me know in a week when the results came back.  
They were finished and walked out to their truck about 10 mins after they arrived.  They call the office to set up payment which they required on the spot and proceeded to tell me it would be $162.   I complained saying they'd been there for 10 mins and with a generous drive time of 20 mins they'd only been on my job for a max of 1/2hr at $150 an hour that should be $75 tops!
They called the office and had the boss explain there's a 1 hour minimum charge for every service call.  Something they conveniently failed to mention when I asked about price.
I unhappily paid the money and finally got the test results out of them about 10 days later.  All they provided was a 1/2 page letter with only 6 test values on it.  No recommendations, quotes, etc.
Would never use them again.

PF Beal was the company that we?ve been using to tell well water for several years.  
They are not an ?upsell? kind of place, so we decided to go with them for installing a water softener system.
Chris Beal came and did a visit.  Took water sample for analysis, and then provided quote a week or so later.
He worked with our concerns (re cost), and seemed like a nice guy.
A couple of weeks later we decided to go ahead.  
Two guys arrived (another Chris and his helper Nick).  They were on-time, friendly, and worked for 3 hours straight.
Patiently explained what had been done, and answered all questions.
