Not good. I was told that I had a certain rate lock and came to find out that my rate lock would expire before the closing, the date of which they knew when they locked it in, and was told, well, we just won't know what the rate will be until we get to the closing, or what a new lock-in fee would be until we got to the closing. Then, when I got a new mortgage broker, they would not send me the appraisal that I had already paid for on the home that I was buying after I requested it twice.
