New Century Home Services was founded in Westchester County in 1992 and is now the largest home repair service company of its kind in the tri-state area. We provide Guaranteed Worry Free Living programs for over 130 condo and HOA complexes in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Fairfield Counties One annual fee covers service calls for heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electric and major appliances. All for less than the cost of a single repair. Your Guaranteed Worry Free Living begins with an all inclusive agreement for parts and labor for all covered repairs inside your home.
