 + -1 moreEvery encounter has been excellent. Tony, who now does the plumbing in our house, carries dog biscuits for our pooch.
Description of Work: First encounter: found a problem that eluded another plumber and repaired it withing 1/2 hour. I have used LBR since. They have a very helpful office manager and a live answering service during off hours which can contact a plumber in an emergency (and they come). When they have a scheduled appointment the office manager calls to confirm. The plumbers are punctual, thorough, explain what they are doing and clean up after themselves.

 + -1 moreWe have used this company before and feel they are most reliable and excellent plumbers. The work they did was exactly what was necessary to fix the issue and they cleaned up really well.
Description of Work: They had to repair the main valve in our expansion tank as we have well water. They put in all new piping and valves as well. This took them about 2 full hours to complete and all the old pipes were taken away with them when they left.
