The worker arrived, assessed the cause of the leak and proceeded to repair it. He explained what he did, believed it was repaired and left.
This is the second time I have used this plumbing service. It feels like a family run operation as the person who answers the phone is genuine and caring. the worker (I had the same worker twice) also genuine and caring.
