April 22, 2020 All went well upstairs, downstairs and outside. Billy D. (Bill's son) was personable and professional as usual. It was suggested that the outside compressor be cleaned of accumulated pine needles, etc. and it was done at an additional cost above the maintenance contract of last year (since today was now a new contract and the old one was obsolete 5/31/19-5/31/20?). We signed a new 1 year contract for $499 for 2 units, Summer and Winter. This was our regular arrangement. In addition, with the lingering Corona Virus and our age consideration, we opted for two (2) Field Control, UV-16" air purifiers for each air handler, as suggested, at an additional cost of $425 /unit ($850 + Tax). We've been dealing with Bill Dean (and Integrity) since 2006, in 2 locales, and have found him (and now his son) prompt, professional, knowledgeable and $$ reasonable. He also replaced our aging units, at the present address, back in 2010 (?) to our satisfaction .

I had Integrity Heating install a Lennox Heat Pump and Air Handler. The compressor stopped working. I decided to call a repair company that is Lennox trained. The new company informed me the entire system was mismatched and was not communicating with each other because the incorrect air handler did not match with the compressor. The new company was shocked at how the unit was the unit was hooked up. They rewired the unit even though it was mismatched and got it working again. The new repair company told me that was done so the Integrity Heating could make more money by not matching the units. Bill is totally incompetent and has no idea of what he is ding. I had to junk my original heat pump because after spending $1000 on repairs he had no idea how to get my old unit to work.. Find another company who is more honest and know what they are doing.

We had Integrity replace an A/C unit and the furnace. Throughout the whole day the crew was hard-working, clean and courteous. This was a big job and they put in the extra time to get in done in one day. There price was very competitive. We are very happy with the result.

It went very well. They were punctual and do a thorough job at a fair price.

They are not affiliated with oil companies so they don't have any outside special interests. All they do is heating and cooling repairs or maintenance so they keep their prices competitive.
