It seemed to go fine EXCEPT. They left the biggest mess in my house. They tracked mud throughout my finished basement which is partially carpeted. No attempt was made to cover the floor, turn off lights when they were finished, or clean up after themselves. I had inches of mud all over the place and had to have my rug shampooed as well as every room mopped several times to get the floors clean again. The worst part was when I discovered the oil fill was now located in the back of the house which we thought was going to be fine, but was not reachable for the oil to be delivered. Grazi 1 assured us the oil truck would have no problem coming up the driveway to deliver oil in the back of the house. When I called to say the oil company refused to deliver ever again to us, Michael, the owner, started screaming at me. He said it was my husbands fault for insisting on the location in the back (this was a lie). When I tried to point out that he Michael had assured my husband this was a good location, and he and his son approved the idea, he said they were not responsible for advising customers. "You just better pay the bill," was all he said. Funny, since I never threatened not to pay the bill. The point is he never made a suggestion to solve the problem. There are many companies that remove tanks and install new ones. Learn early. Go elsewhere. This place doesn't give you any bargain and they sure aren't worth the aggravation and mess you will have. So sorry I used them. They are very inexperienced and very nasty when they come to work.

Great company and did what they said they were going to do at a good price. They even managed to wrangle the tank out without cutting it open.  Very flexible and met me at the Yonkers building office to obtain all permits required.
My only complaint with the whole process was that they left a mess behind (and a trail of oil in the basement) which I had to clean up.
Even with that, I would use them again if I were to have another tank to be removed (which thankfully I don't!)

This company was referred by phoenix mechanical corp.. Mr. Michael Graziano , the owner came and inspected the old oil tank that was 550 gallons in which was underground that was at least 50 years old . I explained that I installed a new boiler and hot water tank and that the sludge and gunk from the underground oil tank kept shutting down the boiler. He recommended a Roth Eco DWT 275 gallon tank. this tank has a excellent warranty and he provided a brochure for me to read and lookup on the internet. My old tank held 550 gallons of oil costing approx., 1500.00 on the oil delivery . When my next delivery of oil came, my tank was on at 1/4 tank full and after it was full up to capacity it cost me now 675.00 at 3.79 gallon. What a savings !!!!!!! this is a family owned company , very friendly and straight forward.. the owner and his son and another worker done the job . I highly recommend this family owned business. they willing to work with your budget. Thanks so much!

Mike and his team were very responsive and punctual and were able to complete the work in a timely manner. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His price was better than several other quotes and this even included a more expensive Roth tank. While he was here he even helped us out removing some old cement steps and walkway with his machinery and he refused to take any extra payment. We were extremely impressed!
