.work was guaranteed beforehand..paid nothing.  further on we/another plumber had to go below to first floor, break wall to access plumbing where the clog was.

He was able to snake and unclog the kitchen main pipes and adjacent pipes for the bathroom.  He explained every step and even showed the pipe in the basement were the main clog was located. I appreciated him explaining everything in detail. I would definitely call them again for any future problems.

He was very professional.  The clog was pretty bad and the water was already up past my ankle.  He was quick and neat.  the job was completed in less than 30 minutes.  I would definitely use his services again.

I originally thought they were very good, but after making a 2nd request in 72 hours and receiving the runaround for 2 months, I will not use them again. If I have the problem again, I will contact someone else.

Our kitchen sink was completely clogged.  We called in a plumber who just didn't have the right equipment, so he called in Electric Snake.  They came the next morning.  They called in the morning to say they were on their way.  When the men got here they brought in a huge elec. snake and assessed the situation.  Shortly afterward, they began snaking the sink which was a long run to the main drain.  They continued until it appeared cleared, but wasn't, so they got a powerful shop vac to suck out the clog at the other end.  They seemed to know what was going on and they were right!  I was convinced there was something else wrong, other than an accumulation of gunk, but I was wrong and they were right since they knew what they were doing.  They finished their job, cleaned up and were gone in just over an hour.

I had sewage backup into my downstairs bathroom. A couple of days later, it backed up a little again so I called them to come and see what the problem was and they came that morning. apparently, the clog had moved or dissolved and they couldn't find anything but they did check things out completely.

Rich Friel was SUCH an amazing plumber an SUCH a nice guy. He was concerned that he not trash my finished basement even though it made his job harder to do. So uncommon. I am SO grateful that he was the representative that they sent to my house.

I thought they were great. There were two men that worked very efficiently. They had the drain cleared and running in no time. I felt the price was below what I would have to pay.
