Ok but didn't have heat or hot water the next day. We also had a terrible snow storm that week. Never returned any of my calls and had to hire someone else to purge air to get heat running again. They paid us back for that visit but was really annoying.

Dennis and his crews are beyond expectations. He's been doing work on my historical home since I purchased. He's afraid of nothing, tackles all the nuances of an older home and walks in my house, pets my dog and speaks to me while I'm at work. The best compliment I can pay is he's like a neighbor more than a contractor. 
The guys instinctively take off their shoes. Each foreman is nicer than the rest. His trucks are plumbing ambulances. Equipped with everything needed. I am a professional builder in NYC and know the industry. Your blessed if Dennis is your plumber.  

we had a natural gas valve fail and Kyle dd everything possible to find the correct one in spite of our not being able to find any information on the failed one,  He tried his best and didn't charge us for his time for the call.  He was so nice we're looking around for plumbing work just so we can hire him

Within two hours of calling the office for "HELP", Brian arrived.  Brian immediately went up to the bathroom, discovered the problem and within an hour and a half had the problems in both bathrooms fixed!!  Not once did he say "I don't have the part" or "will have to come back another time"--all I heard was "no problem, I got the parts in my truck"--you don't hear that much these days!!  Brian and his helper were courteous, efficient, considerate AND friendly!!  There is no doubt that I will be using them again!!!!

They were prompt, professional and had a good sense of humor towards the situation, which can go a long way.
