My name is Michael Guedes Jr., and I am the main Inspector at Croton River Home Inspections. I take pride in being “old school.” What does that mean? Home inspectors are held to stringent state and professional standards, yet I go above and beyond the minimum; I will report on any safety issues, any installation concerns or deficiencies, and many other concerns that are well above and beyond established Standards of Practice.
