The entire process of purchasing, measuring and installation of cellular shades went very well. Appointments were made quickly and kept and lines of communication were open as to the arrival of the product. Mary Ann and Ron were knowledgeable about their products and professional in their handling of the transaction. Measuring and installation were right in target. I would use this company again for future window treatments.

Excellent! Anthony arrived promptly for our initial consultation. He was patient, extremely knowledgeable and provided sound advice as we fit out nearly 30 windows with blinds and several door windows with roll-down privacy screens. Anthony made the process extremely easy and based on my extensive research his pricing was quite competitive. He measured each and every window on the spot and I placed the order same day. Three weeks later when the order was ready to be installed, Anthony and his team spent the day working efficiently to install everything. It went perfectly...so much so, I ended up ordering a few more blinds once I realized (post-installation) that I shouldn't have left out a few of the windows from the original order (thinking it wouldn't be necessary to cover them). And one other high compliment for Anthony is that when one blind seemed to have a broken string after about two months of use, he showed up the day after I contacted him to explain the issue and he performed a temporary fix until a new unit arrived. Really A+ service.
