From beginning to end everything was perfect. We worked with Jen who answered every question and gave us every detail we needed. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable- and patient with us as we couldn't make up our minds on a few things. All went smoothly from beginning to end- no surprises. We used the installer which they recommended- Sparkle Pools and again extremely pleased. They were great. Ontime, professional and left no mess. I was worried about the whole process after hearing horror stories from a friend who dealt with another local pool company. The price was a little bit higher than other pool stores, but as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. That little bit higher was less than the cost of any aggravation or the aggravation that my friend went thru. I was amazed that it was an easy pleasant experience. I would recommend Brothers 3 and my sales person Jen- and will do business with them again.
