This is the worse! Never shows up He is clearly lazy. There is more than 3 inches in the driveway. U should never ever hire him.

Horrible. Tried him for 3 years in a row. I had to keep emailing to get back close to the back fence. First year I was hospitalized for a sickness and needed a walker to get to doctors often so needed driveway clear...plowed once and if heavy storm never came back. I hired kids in neighborhood to do the rest as I didn't want to deal with always emailing. This year same thing happened..I decided to email him directly to tell him what problem was. He terminated contract, which i didn't mind as I was not at all happy with service but it was his unbelievable attitude that made me go on Angies List and also bbb to report. I have since hired company who I am more comfortable with.

I have used Randy's snow plowing service for over 12 years - Every year I say "I'll never hire them again, yet I do because I'm loyal" Their plowing and after care service leaves a lot to be desired. Their plow drivers (several different ones over the years) have torn up my lawn on both sides of my driveway every winter. Their plows tear up the end of my driveway and for the past few years they've come by and cold patched the spots that are gone, and they seed the torn up lawn areas, but do not remove the chunks of driveway from the lawn before doing so - they just leave it all there for the homeowner to deal with. This year they did not cold patch my torn up driveway. When I asked them, just today, when they were coming to do it (I'm going to have it sealed) they replied "We've already done patching and your driveway did have any damage" - I was floored, my driveway was damaged - many chunks of it in my lawn. They told me my driveway needs work - (no kidding, I'm going to get it sealed soon - which is why I contacted them) - from their plows tearing it up!! Then after a couple of back and forth emails, Jason said he'd ask his repair guys to do him a favor and come over and patch my drive - I told him no thanks, I'll pay someone to do it and I will hire another plow service this winter after over 12 years with them. Jason's response was "Thank you, you've saved us postage ,we won't send you a contract this year!" Very unprofessional, and if that's how they treat a loyal over 12 yr customer - well what can I say - Good Riddance Randy Cramer Snow & Lawn (they used to mow my neighbors lawn and he stopped hiring them for that - I wonder why?)

My snow blower broke down before I even got to the driveway. Called Randy and left message. He called back within 10 minutes, happened to be in general area and was at my house in less than 10 minutes, Did excellent job on my drive and my next door neighbor. Snow was very wet and heavy after a daylong storm. Would definitely use again and would recommend to others.
