Deck Maintenance
Contracted with with Carl for deck refurb. Contracted for premium price hoping for quick and quality job. Carl and one individual came claiming they would do 2/3 of job (power wash and sand) and took a deposit for 2/3 of job. They then left after 3 hours with my deposit with only doing the power washing. In end we cancelled job due to several scheduling excuses and no call no shows. He agreed to send partial refund of deposit and still have not received and he does not answer his phone or reply to multiple texts and emails I have sent. He has forced me to take matter up in small claims. Do not do business with this individual.
