Showed up when he said he would with a crew of about eight guys.  Immediately went to work stripping away the three layers of old roof.  They did their best to protect the plants along the side of our house, but naturally there was some collateral damage.  Nothing major.  The owner, Paul, was present at all times during the work except when he was picking up materials.  The crew is conscientious about cleaning up the project area at the end of each day.  They went above and beyond by replacing and painting some rotten fascia boards as well.

Paul Santoro, is not licensed, nor qualified to do plumbing or electrical.
His tile work was awful with uneven spacing and broken tile.
Grout was messy and sloppy.
He is untruthful and disrespectful.
