My mini ductless system was leaking water late in the evening. I contacted Isaiah, the owner of Tropicool, and he answered right away. He sent someone to diagnose the issue the next afternoon. He knew what was wrong and had everything fixed the next day. This is my 3rd time using Tropicool. I will continue to use their services. I highly recommend Tropicool.
