All 6 women then went into a tiny bath and never cleaned anything above their heads!
Then when I attempted to redeem the $25.00 coupon which is still on the website, they said it
had to be more hours. MORE HOURS??? They just charged me $241.41 for 5 women for 2 hours to clean 3 rooms and dust one!!!!
AND, the manager said she would call me to see about scheduling cleaning, and never called.
Please be sure someone is on every job that speaks English. Pleasant only goes so far.

Breakage, while infrequent, does sometimes occur and the team leader is trained to notify you immediately or leave a note if you are not there. She should have said that she was sorry. I apologize for that on behalf of my company. Regarding the speed, the teams are trained to move about your house in a systematic way and while they have guidelines on how long a job should take, they are not under pressure to complete their work after a certain time. The culture is to do the job right. Quality is the first criteria always. I realize we missed the mark in this case. Regarding your table, we use a wood polish that is applied with a special red cloth so there should not have been any confusion as to which product to use on the wood surfaces.. It is my hope that I can contact you and possibly meet and discuss how I might address the scuff marks and so forth.
