This is the third time I have used Jon. He was very flexible with availability, showed up exactly on time and did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. Had me recheck 2-3 times the areas he had done to make sure we were satisfied. Will use him again- best value, effort for the price.

He said he would bring everything with him, including all the chemicals and a brush to get the spots out. He used it on stains he noticed but when I asked him to use it, he refused. He asked for money and I mention that I already paid through Angie's List and he didn't believe me. He did not look like a professional to me. He has a cleaning machine, but he was not professional. I would not recommend him.

John was on time and very accommodating. He went over and above and even cleaned an area a rug for a nominal fee. My rugs look beautiful!

Everything went great. Jonathan was right on time. He quickly got down to business and completed the job in about 1 1/2 hours. I would definitely recommend S.O.S. Carpet Cleaning Service.
